Week 8

Welcome Parents!  I hope your are doing well.  It has been an exciting beginning to this school year. As always,  please feel free to look around.  Check out the links on this blog.  This blog is used to help you keep up with our classroom news.  A couple of notes; students should be reading AR books at home.  Independent reading is part of our standards.  They should read different genres within their level range.  They wrote those ranges in their reading response journals onthe first page.

Agenda Requirements

There are certain requirements that each student must keep up with each day. 

1. Daily Homework- Anything I write under the homework list on the board.
2. Parent/guardian signature
3. Reading Logged- 30 minutes of AR reading each day (Monday-Thursday).  Thirty minutes total on the weekend (Friday- Sunday). Include the time, title, and page numbers read.
