                                              Ford Family Fitness Tree

We would like to encourage our students to stay active with their families on the weekends and holidays.  Any physical activity that they participate in outside of school counts and will be recognized by putting their name on the fitness tree located in the gym.  Take a moment to fill out the note given by the teachers and return to the gym.

You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them.
