We want all students to have fun during PE, but in order to keep everyone safe, we need the students to follow the rules:

~ No food, drink, or candy are allowed in the gym
~ Gym rules also apply to ASP
~ Follow directions and keep your hands to yourself
~ Always show sportsmanship
~Respect others
~When the "whistle" blows or the "music" stops - all students should stop, look, listen
~Do not leave the gym area without permission from a teacher

September 8th - K-2
9th - 2nd grade
10th - 3rd grade

Ford Family Fitness Tree
We would like to encourage our students to stay active with their families on the weekends and holidays. Any physical activity that they participate in outside of school counts and will be recognized by putting their name on the fitness tree located in the gym. Take a moment to fill out the note given by the teachers and return to the gym.
You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them.
