Thanks for discussing behavior with your children. Spring Fever hits this time every year. Nothing new, but I want them to keep focused!

With all the "egg"-citement of the week, I forgot to do the newsletter! I even remembered when I had the flu a few weeks ago!
Here are a few reminders:
*Please send a light jacket to school each day. Even when warm temperatures are in the forecast, it is often very chilly at 11:00 when we go outside.
*Please send a snack to school each day. Many childlren did not have snacks over the last two weeks. I do not have any extras in the room right now.
*Field Trip permission forms were due on Friday and we are still missing a few. Your child must have a signed permission slip to attend the trip.
*Students should wear light blue class shirts for the field trip. I recommend putting a long sleeve t-shirt under the t-shirt. Please send only lightweight jackets, because heavy ones are difficult for children to carry if they get too warm. If your child doesn't have a light blue class shirt, please try to put a light blue shirt on if you can. This is very helpful for us to keep all the kids together. Also...it makes for great pictures!!!

It has been a busy week. I spent alot of time with assessments and the kids are doing great! I have shed a few "happy tears" this week!
Please send in the large egg with a hidden item on Monday. I forgot to put that in the newsletter. We will write clues in class.
